Our Fat Bombs and keto mini-cupcakes ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, UPS 2 Day Air or via FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight. The shipping options available for your location will be visible on the cart and checkout pages.
Most orders are processed within 3-4 business days but could take longer. Usually, orders placed after Wednesday ship the following week unless prearranged. We do not ship on weekends.
Appropriate tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You are responsible for tracking your order and knowing when your order will arrive since prompt refrigeration and/or freezing is required to maintain the quality of our Fat Bombs and keto desserts.
For keto specialty cakes, your delivery will be specified on your cake confirmation form.

Our packaging material is designed to maintain the quality of our product through transit. However, once your Fat Bombs or keto desserts are delivered, promptly place them in your refrigerator or freezer as they are very sensitive to heat and melt quickly.
Fat Bombs and keto desserts may be kept in the refrigerator for 7 to 10 days or frozen up to 6 months.
For the best flavor, leave Fat Bombs and keto desserts on the counter for 5 minutes or so prior to serving.
