YES!! Keto Lasagna. Truthfully I was skeptical. This did take a little more time than I wanted. And making the "noodles" I thought, "oh no!" Its going to be a folio lasagna and Im going to hate it! I did add psyllium husk and ground flaxseed meal to the pasta dough. I also added egg and chopped spinach to the ricotta mixture. All I can say is WOW!!! This dinner hit the spot. A little side salad and a glass of red wine and youre on your way!! 🍝🥗🍷
