Im so grateful for my morning coffee ritual. Using light therapy and beautiful fresh air to keep myself grounded and calm. Ive been consumed with caring for my mom but this little routine gives me strength for the day. (Im also very grateful for delicious coffee ☕️ 😜).
This could never be more true for me than now. We brought my mom home to my house to spend her final days surrounded by family and love. Delicious “Mom dinner” as my husband so nicely referred to it! Lemon butter roasted chicken with patates lemonates or Greek lemon fotatoes (made with rutabagas!) yummy!!
